Strictly NO Smoking inside cottage Please.

The cottage must be left in a clean & tidy condition all breakages and damages are to be paid for before departure.

The number of occupants must not exceed the agreed number at time of booking.

Liability: The cottage is provided as advertised and no liability can be accepted for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property however caused.

Access Statement

Cloverdale Cottage is a two bedroom ground floor property joined on to farmhouse. It is all on one level.

The main entrance as two steps there is also a step from patio door leading into garden.

The driveway and parking area as a gravel surface.
